GTS takes pride in its well trained and dedicated staff, which is the core resource of the organization. We constantly endeavor to recruit, trained and retain professional staff. We have 60 numbers of teams & a dedicated project manager for each zone. Project Manager is able to work on own initiative and as a part of team with customer workforce.   The team leaders have wide experience in installation and commissioning of BTSs and MW Hops in multiple projects. The team is capable of handling multiple BTS sites including MW hops simultaneously.  The teams can be expanded as per the project dynamics.                                                 

(B)Equipments & Tools

We have 65 no. of tool kits each tool kit consist of all customer approved tools required for installation of new cell site & 05 Site Masters.
